I’m Orlando. I’m based in Toronto, I spent 9+ years leading teams, and I’ve reinvented myself enough times to know the pattern by heart: every next level starts with who you’re willing to become.
Now I mentor high achievers through their own reinventions: Identity first, tactics second.
My operating principle is simple: Stay happy and grounded no matter what life throws, and build the next chapter from there.
When I’m not mentoring, I’m at Lagree, planning the next trip, or being managed by my Bengal cat.

What is identity mentoring?
Identity mentoring helps you change the beliefs, patterns, and self-image driving your results. Instead of focusing only on goals, we focus on becoming the person who naturally creates them.
Who is this for?
This work is for professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and high achievers who feel stuck between who they have been and who they know they are capable of becoming.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past and treating mental health concerns. Mentoring focuses on creating change in the present and building the identity, habits, and decisions that support your future.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients experience greater clarity, confidence, and momentum within the first few weeks. Lasting identity shifts typically develop over 8 to 12 weeks through consistent practice and implementation.
Can mentoring help if I feel stuck, inconsistent, or unmotivated?
Yes. Many clients come to me because they know what to do but struggle to follow through consistently. We focus on the identity behind the behaviour so change becomes more sustainable.
How much time does this take?
Most clients invest 60 to 90 minutes per week for mentoring or training, plus 15 to 25 minutes per day for implementation. The goal is progress that fits real life, not another overwhelming commitment.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. I am based in Toronto and work with clients worldwide through virtual mentoring.
What happens after I apply?
You will be invited to a short consultation or asked a few follow-up questions. If it is a strong fit, I will recommend the best next step based on your goals and situation.
